Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
All sales at Luxury Wears are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, 0nce an order is confirmed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchase. Items are designer-inspired / replica products, and no authenticity claims are made.
Only items that arrive damaged or significantly different from the order may be reviewed, and this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence.
Chargebacks raised for change of mind, sizing, style, or dissatisfaction will be formally disputed using order, listing, and delivery evidence.
Placing an order confirms full acceptance of this policy.
This policy applies to all purchases made from Luxury Wears (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Refunds or returns will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Size, fit, colour, or design preference
- Style expectations
- Failure to review product descriptions, images, or videos
- Claims made after delivery confirmation
- Items worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund or return except where required by law.
Product Information & Buyer Responsibility
We provide detailed product descriptions, images, and videos where applicable.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product information before placing an order.
Placing an order constitutes confirmation that:
- The product meets your expectations
- You accept the specifications as displayed
- You understand the nature of the item being purchased
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives:
- Significantly different from what was ordered, or
- Damaged in transit
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo and/or video evidence.
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.
All valid claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any resolution is at our sole discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our Contact Form and we will provide you with the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Size, fit, or design dissatisfaction
- Claims of “item not as described” where the product matches the listing
- Delivery delays once dispatch is confirmed
Evidence & Dispute Handling
Luxury Wears retains comprehensive transaction records, including:
- Order confirmations
- Product listings as displayed at time of purchase
- Images and videos provided
- Pre-dispatch confirmation media where applicable
- Courier tracking and delivery confirmation
These records will be submitted as evidence to vigorously dispute any chargeback or payment dispute.
False or Bad-Faith Claims
Any dispute raised under false, misleading, or bad-faith claims will be contested.
Where evidence confirms successful delivery and conformity with the product description, we reserve the right to:
- Reject the dispute
- Block future purchases from the customer
- Recover dispute, administrative, and processing fees where legally permitted
Initiating a chargeback in breach of this policy may constitute a breach of contract, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery through appropriate legal or civil channels.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where applicable.
However, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, fit, or style does not constitute a fault under UK law.
